As we move from track to track during Buckeye Skip’s, everyone needs to follow the same set of rules on the road. This keeps the event fair, safe, and enjoyable for every driver.
One of the most important rules is simple:
You cannot have chase vehicles following you while traveling between tracks.
This means no support cars, no friends trailing behind you, and no vehicles shadowing you along the route. When you’re driving between tracks, it’s just you and your car.
What Is Allowed
You can have your tow rig or camper driven directly to the next track. This gives you a place to stay, a spot to work on your vehicle, and a way to keep your setup ready for the next day.
The key is this:
Your tow rig or camper must go straight to the next track. They are not allowed to follow you on the road.
No exceptions.
Why This Matters
This rule keeps the event fair for all drivers, reduces traffic issues, and helps avoid confusion or safety concerns on public roads. It also keeps the spirit of the event intact: drivers relying on their own vehicles to make the journey.
We appreciate everyone sticking to these guidelines so the event stays smooth, safe, and fun for the whole community.
