Welcome to the Buckeye Skip’s website. By accessing this site, registering for the event, or participating in any Buckeye Skip’s activities, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

Event Participation

  • All participants, co‑pilots, and spectators must follow event rules, safety requirements, and instructions from event staff at all times.

  • Drivers are responsible for ensuring their vehicles meet all class rules, safety standards, and track requirements.

  • Buckeye Skip’s reserves the right to deny participation to any individual or vehicle that does not meet event standards or behaves in a manner that jeopardizes safety or disrupts the event.

 

Registration & Payments

  • All registration fees, spectator fees, and related payments are non‑refundable.

  • Registration is considered complete only after payment is received.

  • Participants must provide accurate information during registration, including names, vehicle details, and class selection.

 

Safety Requirements

  • All racers must comply with track rules, safety gear requirements, and any additional guidelines set by Buckeye Skip’s or partnering facilities.

  • Failure to follow safety rules may result in removal from the event without refund.

 

Liability & Release of Claims

Participation in motorsports involves inherent risks, including but not limited to vehicle damage, personal injury, equipment failure, and accidents on or off the track.

By registering for or attending Buckeye Skip’s, you agree to the following:

  • Buckeye Skip’s, its organizers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and all host tracks are not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or accidents that may occur before, during, or after the event.

  • You assume full responsibility for your own safety, your vehicle, and any equipment you bring.

  • You agree to release and hold harmless Buckeye Skip’s and all associated parties from any claims, demands, or legal actions arising from participation in the event.

  • Drivers are solely responsible for ensuring their vehicles are safe, compliant, and operated responsibly.

  • Spectators and guests attend at their own risk.

 

Media & Content

  • By attending or participating, you grant Buckeye Skip’s permission to use photos, videos, and media captured during the event for promotional purposes.

  • This includes social media, website content, advertising, and future event materials.

 

Conduct

  • Respectful behavior is expected from all racers, spectators, and guests.

  • Harassment, unsafe driving outside designated areas, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

 

Event Changes

  • Buckeye Skip’s may modify schedules, routes, classes, or event details as needed.

  • Weather, track conditions, or unforeseen circumstances may require adjustments.

 

Website Use

  • All content on this website is the property of Buckeye Skip’s unless otherwise noted.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of website content is prohibited.
